The designed bus scheme of the control system for desulphurization facility using seawater in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant has been presented

the atmospheric pollutant emission concentration all conform to requirements of the limited value in third time-stage specified in the standard of GB13223-2003 《Atmospheric pollutant emission standard for thermal power plants》

the total amount of atmospheric pollutants is less than the control indices of total emission amount approved in document of Yuehuanhan (2005) NO.1347.
