超临界600MW锅炉膜式水冷壁的热力学行为研究
摘要
建立了超临界锅炉膜式水冷壁的温度场与应力分布的有限元计算模型。计算结果表明
在向火侧中心和鳍片中心的温度最高
而且向火侧内、外壁面温差最大
达29℃;水冷壁管与鳍片的接触面的热应力最大
为1.77 GPa;在向火侧中心的变形量较大
内、外壁面的最大变形量分别为0.193 mm和0.222 mm。
Abstract
A finite-element model to predict the temperature field and thermal stress distribustion on membrane type water-wall in boiler of supercritical 600 MW unit has been established.The results of calculation show that the maximum temperature had appeared in the centre of tubes and fins toward the fire side
and the maximum temperature difference between inner and outer surface of the water-wall tube was 29 ℃.The maximum thermal stress
i.e.1.77 GPa
was found in the interface between water-wall tubes and fines
and the deformation in the center of side toward fire was large
the maximum deformation of inner and outer wall surface was 0.193 mm and 0.222 mm respectively.
