摘要

针对某电厂在锅炉尾部加装湿法烟气脱硫装置前、后烟道和烟囱内的烟气流场进行了流体力学数值计算分析。计算中采用有限体积法离散N-S方程、k-ε湍流方程计算烟气流场。对由于烟气进入方式的改变烟囱内烟气流场的变化以及烟道冲刷程度进行了分析

指出了安装烟气脱硫装置需要对烟囱防腐蚀性能和寿命预先进行评估和分析。

Abstract

Directing against the flow field of flue gas in flue duct and chimney before and after installing FGD system in the tail section of boiler

numeric value calculation in fluid mechanics has been carried out

and being analysed.In calculation

the flow field of flue gas has been calculated by using discrete N-S equation and k-ε turbulence equation in finite volume method.The change of flow field due to changing the entering mode of flue gas

as well as the scouring degree of flueduct have been analysed

pointing out that the performance and service life of chimney should be evaluated and analysed in advance before installing the FGD system.
