摘要

对煤粉锅炉炉内传热进行了大量的数值模拟

给出了壁面边界条件的设定方法

同时对炉膛受热面壁面热阻、壁温参数与锅炉燃煤结渣指数、炉膛热负荷参数、炉膛特征尺寸等建立了关联。实算检验表明

用本方法设定边界条件的计算结果与实测和标准方法符合较好。

Abstract

Numerous numerical simulations have been carried out for combustion and heat transfer in the furnace of pulverized coal boilers

and the setting method of boundary condition on the wall surface being given.At the same time

th relationship among the thermal resistance on wall surface of heating surface in the furnice

the wall temperature parameters and the slagging index of fuel coals for boilers

as well as the thermal load parameters in the furnace

and the characteristic dimensions of the furnace etc.has been established.The verification through practical calculation shows that the boundary condition set by the said method tallies well with that of practical measurement and of standard method.
