摘要

提出了一种基于全寿命周期成本(LCC)管理的电站设备维修更新决策优化新方法。从电站设备在寿命周期内的使用与维修费用控制入手

研究设备的经济寿命和设备维修的关系

并采用成本现值分析方法评价维修决策的经济特性。实际案例分析结果表明

该方法可如实反映设备维修方案的经济性

可为制定维修计划提供指导。

Abstract

A new policy-making method for maintenance and renewal of equipments in power plants has been put forward based on life cycle cost(LCC) management.Starting with controlling the utilization and maintenance expenditures of equipments in power plants

the relationship between economic life and maintenace of equipments has been studied

and the economic efficiency characters of maintenance policy-making being evaluated by adopting the current value of cost.Results of analysing pratical cases show that the said method can really reflect the economic efficiency of maintenance scheme of equipments

providing guidance for working out the maintenance plan.
