摘要

对常用的煤和煤灰中元素检测的消解方法如溶解法、熔融法和燃烧法的基本原理及在煤炭检验中的应用情况进行了综述。介绍了微波消解技术用于煤元素检测的研究进展。相比于传统的溶解法、熔融法和燃烧法

微波消解技术对样品的消解时间大大缩短

并且可一次处理多个样品

使检测效率大幅提高。

Abstract

The basic principle of commonly used digestion methods

including dissolving method

fusing method

and burning method

for detecting elemnts contained in coal and coal ash

as well as their application situation in coal inspection have been reviewed.The progress of studying adoptation of microwave degestion technology to detect elements contained in coal has been presented.Compared with the conventional dissolving method

fusing method

and burning method

the time used for digesting samples by using microwave digestion technology has been greatly shortened

and many samples can be handled at a time

making the efficiency of digestion to be enhanced by a big margin.
