超超临界1000MW机组锅炉运行参数控制研究
摘要
通过对某超超临界1 000 MW机组锅炉运行参数的控制试验
介绍其控制要点以及锅炉主要运行参数随负荷的变化情况。试验表明
风煤比随负荷增加略有降低
在负荷较大时一次风压随负荷增加提高
过热器压降及再热器压降随负荷的增加而增加
水煤比随负荷的变化主要受控于过热蒸汽温度
在达到临界压力之前控制汽水分离器出口蒸汽过热度在30℃以下
在机组750 MW负荷以上控制汽水分离器出口蒸汽过热度在40℃左右。
Abstract
Through parameter control test in operation of boiler equipment for one ultra-supercritical 1000 MW unit
the main points in control as well as the variation of main parameters in operation of said boiler under condition of load change have been presented.The test shows that:air/fuel ratio is slightly reduced as the load increases;the primary air pressure is enhanced as the load increases
the pressure drop in superheater and reheater is increased as the load increases;the variation of air/fuel ratio during the time of load change is mainly controlled by the temperature of superheated steam
before reaching critical pressure
the superheat degree of exit steam from the steam-water separator has to be controlled to below 30 ℃
and in case of unit's load being above 750 MW
the superheat degree of said exit steam has to be controlled to about 40 ℃.
