摘要

循环流化床(CFB)的物料平衡和物料浓度是保证锅炉正常运行的基础。大唐红河发电有限责任公司通过对其2台300 MW CFB锅炉每次起动的情况进行总结

逐步掌握了低床料起动的控制要点

即控制好床压、床温并且通过给煤线向炉膛内加床料

这样的起动方式

显著缩短了锅炉的起动时间

减少了起动用油。

Abstract

The material balance and the materials concentration are bases for ensuring normal operation of CFB boilers.Through summarization of situation in starting-up of CFB boilers equipped for 2×300 MW units at each time

Datang Honghe Power Generation Co Ltd has gradually grasped the main points of control in strating up of CFB boilers for 300 MW units with low bed material

i.e.adding bed material into furnace through coal-feed line

and the bed pressure and bed temperature should be well controlled.By using said starting-up mode

the time used for starting the CFB boiler up can be substantially shortened

and the fuel oil consumed in starting-up can be reduced.
