Taking corn stalks as object of study

by adopting thermogravimetric analyser

a pyrolysis test of samples after pretreatment and adding catalysis(DHC-32

Na2CO3

CaO

ZnO

and CaCO3) has been carried out

the influence of mineral metters upon pyrolysis behavior of raw and pretreated samples being observed

and the corresponding dynamic properties of pyrolysis being calculated and analysed by using the first order reaction.Results shows that the char yield rate in pyrolysis of deashed bio-mass and catalyst-added raw and water-washed samples has increased

however

the catalysis make the char yield rate of acid-washed corn stalks to be reduced;the activation energy in pyrolysis of pretreated corn stalks is greater than that of raw samples;compared with samples

in which the catalysts haven't added

excepting the activation energy in pyrolysis of corn stalks

in which CaCO3 is added

has slightly heigtened

the activation energy in pyrolysis of samples

in which other catalyst is added

all have reduced in certain degree.
