发电机定子冷却水系统化学清洗技术
摘要
某电厂发电机运行期间由于铜腐蚀产物沉积造成定子冷却水(定冷水)流量不足
定子线圈局部超温
拟采用化学清洗去除线圈内部的沉积物。通过静态浸泡试验和动态腐蚀速率测定
筛选出T-1清洗剂配方。经化学清洗后
定冷水运行流量明显提高
电导率及pH值均达到了DL/T 801—2010中规定的要求
定子线圈各测点的温度恢复正常。
Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the cooling-water flow is insufficient and the stator coil is local overtemperature
which occurrs during the running of generator in a power plant
caused by the deposition of copper corrosion product
chemical cleaning method is used to clear the sediments inside the coil.The T-1cleaning agent formulation was selected by static immersion test and the dynamic corrosion rate determination.After chemical cleaning
for the stator cooling water
the flow rate is improved significantly
and the conductivity and pH value meets the requirements in DL/T 801-2010;moreover
the temperature of each measuring point for the stator coil returns to normal.
