摘要

在分析炉膛燃烧机理的基础上

建立了反映掺配煤燃烧特征的锅炉运行热效率模型

其包括炉膛一维燃烧模型、对流受热面集总参数模型和锅炉热效率计算模型。对某电厂超临界600MW机组锅炉进行的仿真计算表明

随着煤质因子Fz的增大

飞灰含碳量减少

排烟温度上升

锅炉热效率降低;飞灰含碳量和排烟温度仿真值与实际运行值较吻合

该锅炉热效率工程模型预测趋势准确。

Abstract

A thermal efficiency model in operation of boiler mixedly burning blend coal has been established

including the one dimentional model of furnace

the lumped parameter model of the covection heating surface

and the calculation model of boiler's thermal efficiency.The emulation calculation of boiler for supercritical 600 MW unit in one power plant shows that the carbon content in fly ash decreases

the flue gas temperature increases

and the thermal efficiency of boiler decreases

as the coal quality factor Fz to be increased;the emulated value of carbon content in fly ash and the temperature of discharged flue gas tally better with the actual values in operation

the tendency predicted by the thermal efficiency model of boiler being accurate
