The behavior of conveying pulverized coal ash in double-socket-pipe has been studied on a test stand

the influence of variation in conveying pressure and exit gas flow speed Vout etc.upon the output capacity of said coal ash conveying system being analysed.Results show that at same Vout

the higher conveying pressure in the tank

the greater output capacity of the conveying system

and the higher material/gas ratio.Under same conveying pressure in the tank

at the time of 4 m/s Vout ≤ Vtmax

the output capacity of the conveying system increases gradually as the Vout increases;at the time of Vout Vtmax

the output capacity of the system gradually decreases as the Vout increases;under same output capacity

the conveying pressure in tank firstly decreases and then increases as the exit gas flow speed increases.
