In order to obtain the optimum layout scheme for SCR system
flow fields of the reactor with different deflector settings and sprayed ammonia surface settings were simulated
based on the operation parameters of the flue gas denitrification system with SCR system in a generator set.The Gambit software was used to build the model
and the flow gas velocity distribution and the NO mass fraction distribution was simulated by the Fluent software. Results show that
setting straight deflector can make the flue gas velocity be well-distributed.Increasing the inclination angle of the deflector is favorable to improve the velocity distribution when the number of straight deflector is constant. However
keeping a certain angle and adding more straight deflectors goes against the flow field distribution. The best arrangement is setting six straight deflectors with the 80°inclination angle
and locating the sprayed ammonia surface at central of the flue duct.
