超超临界600MW机组锅炉运行氧量控制
摘要
广东河源电厂2台超超临界机组锅炉在BMCR工况时
对应的过剩氧控制值为2.9%
略低于控制设计规范3.5%~4.2%。两年多的运行实践表明
2台锅炉炉内受热面无明显结渣
各受热面高温腐蚀不明显
炉内燃烧状况正常;烟气中的NOx含量在控制范围内
飞灰含碳量在1%以下。
Abstract
The corresponding controlled value of excess oxygen was 2.9% in two ultra supercritical boilers in Guangdong Heyuan Power Plant
when they were under BMCR condition
which was slightly lower than the specified value of 3.5%-4.2% in the control design specification.Practical operation for more than two years showed that
the slagging and high temperature corrosion were not obvious on the heating surface of the two boilers
the combustion in furnace was totally normal.The NOx concentration in flue gas was within the control range
