摘要

比较了静态浸泡和动态再生2种再生方法对发电厂氢电导率测量用阳离子交换树脂再生度的影响。结果表明

静态浸泡树脂的再生度较低

最高约为65%

延长浸泡时间、加大再生液用量及提高再生次数对再生度的提高作用不明显;动态再生树脂的再生程度明显高于静态浸泡再生

采用3倍树脂体积的5%HCl再生液动态再生

树脂的再生度可达98%左右。

Abstract

Two regeneration methods for cation exchange resins used for hydrogen conductivity measurement in power plant

the static soak and dynamic regeneration

were compared.Results showed that

the regeneration degree of static soak resin was relatively low

and the maximum value was only about 65%.Measurements like prolonging the soak time

increasing the dosage of regeneration reagent and improving the regeneration frequency had no obvious enhancement.The regeneration degree of the dynamic regeneration method was significantly higher than that of the static soak.It reached about 98% using regeneration reagent with 3 times of resin volume.
