The control principle and operation mode of load following technology applied in abroad major nuclear power plants were investigated.Moreover

on the basis of control characteristics of load following operation in domestic building nuclear power stations with various reactor types

the feasibility of the unit participating in peak load regulating and frequency adjusting and the existing problems were analyzed

providing technical basis for the domestic nuclear power station taking part in peak load control and frequency control.
