摘要

作为年消耗近一半煤炭产量的发电用煤

其质量的准确度直接关系到买卖双方的利益。对发电用商品煤炭质量验收允许差的确定议题进行探讨

给出了降低热值差

进而降低买卖双方纠纷的合理途径。

Abstract

The amount of coal for power generation has achieved almost a half of total Chinese coal production.Therefore

to accurately determine its quality is crucial for both sellers and buyers.This article discussed the determination of quality acceptance tolerance of commercial coals used for power generation

and gave out a reasonable approach to reduce the caloric difference and disputes between sellers and buyers.
