At present

the exhaust heat from boilers in domestic 50to 1 000 MW units is used in condensation systems

and the heat conversion rate is between 19.5%and 23%.According to the energy level theory

a high effective circulating system was put forward

which can realize automatic control of the exhaust temperature

take full use of the exhaust heat

and reduce the regenerative steam loss.The thermal dynamic analysis showed that

after this scheme was performed

the no fuel added-power of a 1 000MW unit was increased from 0.6MW to 20.125MW

the unit net power was enhanced by 0.9%

and the investment recovery period was less than 2.0years.So this system has good performance on energy saving and coal consumption reduction.Finally

principled suggestions on design optimization of the newly built and old power generation units were proposed.
