摘要

基于火力发电厂厂级监控信息系统(SIS)

并根据DL/T 904—2004《火力发电厂技术经济指标计算方法》中规定的燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组主要经济性指标

对M701F型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组进行了在线性能计算。针对无燃气轮机(燃机)排气流量测点的机组提出了采用余热锅炉热平衡计算方法计算燃机排气流量等在线计算方法

将计算结果与设计工况下的指标进行比较

其相对误差1%

表明基于SIS的无燃机排气流量测点的机组在线性能计算方法能够实时准确地反映机组的实际运行工况。

Abstract

On the basis of supervisory information system(SIS)in thermal power plants

online calculation for performance of the M701Ftype gas-steam combined cycle unit was conducted

according to the calculation method of technical and economic index in thermal power plant(DL/T 904-2004).For the units without gas turbine exhaust flow rate measuring points

online calculation methods like using heat balance in waste heat boiler to calculate the exhaust flow rate of the gas turbine and others were put forward.Finally

the calculation results and the design indices were compared.The error between them was less than 1%

indicating this SIS-based online calculation method can real-time reflect the actual operation condition of the unit and correctly.
