广州珠江电厂锅炉配置美国FORNEY公司火焰检测装置

该装置由IDD-IIU型检测探头、PM-DR-6101E放大器、编程器等组成。在机组低负荷时

常发生火检信号波动较大和不稳定等现象。对此

对该火检装置的火检导管及探头放大器等主要部件进行了升级

增强了火焰信号的捕捉能力

提高了火焰检测的准确性

取得了较好的效果。

The furnace flame detection equipment of Guangzhou Zhujiang Power Plant was produced by American FORNEY company

which consisted of an IDD-IIU flame detector

the PM-DR-6101E dual channel amplifier

the programming unit and other devices.When the unit ran with low load

large fluctuation of flame detection signal always occurred.Thus

such major components of this flame detection system as fire detection catheter and probe amplifier were upgraded.After the improvement

the flame signal capture ability of the system was enhanced

so the accuracy of flame detection was improved.
