机组发电煤耗下降约6.1g/(kW·h)
厂用电率下降约0.27百分点
折算机组供电煤耗下降约7.2g/(kW·h)。
Abstract
Investigation on current situation of major operation economic indices of a supercritical 600 MW air cooling unit was conducted.The energy consumption diagnosis method was employed to analyze the main factors affecting the unit operation economy
and quantitatively calculate the influence amount.The unit energy loss distribution and its reasons were concluded.Therefore
countermeasures for energy saving for this unit was put forward
and calculation showed the expecting results were:coal consumption for power generation can be decreased by about 10.7 g/(kW·h)
and the auxiliary power consumption rate by about 1.32%.After part of the measurements were put into service
the coal consumption for power generation dropped by about 6.1 g/(kW·h)
the auxiliary power consumption rate by about 0.27%
and the converting coal consumption for power supply by about 7.2 g/(kW·h).
