摘要

对亚临界350MW机组在线性能计算结果与机组性能试验结果进行了对比分析。锅炉效率在线计算与锅炉性能试验结果偏差仅为0.08%

汽轮机热耗在线计算与汽轮机性能试验结果偏差约为0.6%

表明机组在线性能计算结果与性能试验结果偏差较小;由1周内煤耗曲线得出在线性能计算的煤耗与长期统计值相符合;通过对在线性能计算结果与性能试验结果的对比分析

证明了机组在线性能计算方法准确

可长期反映机组运行的经济性。

Abstract

Comparison between online calculation results and performance test results for a subcritical 350MW unit was conducted.The deviation between calculated boiler efficiency/turbine heat rate and the experimental data was only 0.08%/0.6%

indicating the deviation between online calculation results and the experimental data was small.The coal consumption curve within one week showed the online calculated coal consumption agreed well with the long-term statistic data.The above comparison proved that this online calculation method was correct

and can reflect the economic operation of the unit for a long term.
