摘要

以超临界600 MW机组锅炉的LNCFS燃烧器为研究对象

分析了省煤器出口氧量、炉膛风箱差压、SOFA风量、CCOFA风量、磨煤机组合方式以及辅助风风量变化对NOx排放的影响。结果表明:在机组负荷600MW、采用ABCEF磨煤机组合方式、省煤器出口氧量3.3%、炉膛风箱差压800Pa、SOFA投运3～4层、CCOFA全部投运、辅助风挡板以炉膛风箱差压曲线控制挡板开度的情况下

LNCFS燃烧系统可以将NOx排放浓度控制在250mg/m3以下

完全满足环保标准要求。

Abstract

According to the LNCFS burner served in supercritical 600 MW unit boilers

the influence of such factors as the oxygen content at the economizer outlet

the pressure difference in furnace

the SOFA volume

the CCOFA volume

the combination mode of pulverizers

and the auxiliary air volume on the NOx emission was investigated.The results showed that

when the LNCFS combustion system was applied on the supercritical 600 MW boiler

with unit load of 600 MW

the NOx emission concentration can be controlled below 250 mg/m3.Meanwhile

the other operation parameters of the boiler were obtained:the pulverizing system was in ABCEF coal mill combination mode;the oxygen content at the economizer outlet was 3.3%;the pressure difference in furnace was 800Pa;the third layer and fourth layer SOFA was put into service;and the opening degree of auxiliary air damper was regulated according to the furnace pressure difference curve.The result totally satisfied the environmental protection standard.
