摘要

通过对5个Profibus现场总线通信时序参数的分析

论证了其对通信稳定性的影响。基于由1个Profibus-DP主站、4个Profibus-DP从站、3个Profibus-PA从站所构成的Profibus现场总线通信试验平台系统

对不同的参数设置进行了对比

验证了理论分析的正确性

提出了保证Profibus现场总线通信稳定性和可靠性的措施。

Abstract

Investigation on five time sequence parameters of Profibus was performed to demonstrate their effect on the communication stability.On the basis of Profibus fieldbus communication test platform system consisted of one Profibus-DP main station

four Profibus-DP slave stations and three Profibus-PA slave stations

comparison of different parameter settings was conducted

which verified correctness of the theoretical analysis.Measures that ensuring the stability and reliability of the Profibus fieldbus communication were put forward.
