摘要

针对M701F型燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组在启动过程中出现的点火失败保护动作跳闸异常事件进行了分析

其主要是燃气系统异常报警信号导致机组停滞在点火阶段

而燃气控制阀内漏引起控制系统保护动作所致。对此

在原控制逻辑中增加了燃气系统异常自动停机保护控制功能

以确保机组安全运行。

Abstract

The abnormal event that an M701Fgas-steam combined cycle power unit trip after ignition failure during start-up was thoroughly analyzed.Abnormal alarm of the fuel gas system leading to startup stagnation

and the internal leakage of the gas control valves causing the unit trip were considered as the major reasons.Thus

to ensure the unit safety

protection control for abnormal automatic shutdown in flue gas system was added into the original logic control.
