摘要

结合现有电站风机试验导则

总结了一套能在短时间内准确测量直接空冷机组空冷风机风量的试验方法

并结合自主研发的空冷风机在线压力监测装置

对空冷风机进行了现场性能试验。对比试验结果与空冷风机设计风量以及数值计算结果发现

试验实测空冷风机参数能够准确反映出不同位置空冷风机的运行性能

同时验证了数值模拟计算结果的可靠性。

Abstract

On the basis of the current power plant fan test guideline

a test method that can accurately detect the air quantity in air cooling fans in a short time was summarized.Furthermore

the field performance test on the air cooing fan was conducted

combining with the self-developed online pressure monitoring device for air cooling fans.The test result was compared with the design air volume and the simulation results.It showes that the actual measured air cooling fan parameters can accurately reflect the operation performance of the air cooling fans at different locations. Therefore

the reliability of the simulation results was also verified.
