摘要

结合印尼吉利普多燃煤发电站新建2×125MW机组在50%和100%负荷下快速甩负荷(FCB)小岛试验

基于锅炉主/再热蒸汽压力和温度、给水流量及炉膛压力等参数的变化

提出了FCB小岛试验的高、低压旁路阀快开开度、锅炉快速减燃料控制策略

以及根据主蒸汽压力和温度的变化趋势逐步减小高、低压旁路阀开度

将主蒸汽压力和温度控制在合理的范围内等措施

为机组事故工况下的安全快速甩负荷提供借鉴。

Abstract

Combining with the FCB tests under 50% and 100%load conditions of the newly built 2×125 MW unit in Jeneponto

Indonesia

suggestions on opening degree of high/low pressure bypass control valves during fast opening and control strategy for the boiler during quick fuel amount decreasing were put forward

on the basis of several parameters' change

such as the main/reheat steam pressure and temperature

feedwater flow and furnace pressure.Then

according to variation of the main steam pressure and temperature

the opening degree of the high/low pressure bypass control valves was gradually reduced to keep the main steam pressure and temperature within a reasonable range.
