摘要

介绍了江苏阚山发电有限公司超超临界2×600MW机组带炉水循环泵直流锅炉启动系统的组成、机组启动期间的给水流量控制

及启动期间由湿态向干态转换过程的特点和注意事项。该机组对启动初期和转直流运行阶段的给水流量进行严格控制

在启动过程中即回收了工质

又回收了热量

同时还降低了给水泵的运行功率

为同类机组安全运行提供了参考。

Abstract

The start-up system composition

water control during the start-up

characteristics and issues that should be paid attention to during the start-up of an ultra supercritical 600MW unit once-through boiler with circulating pump were presented.The water flow was strictly controlled at the initial start stage and the direct flow conversion process.Therefore

during the boiler startup process

both the working fluid and the heat were recycled

and the operating power of the water pump was also decreased

which provided references for operation of the similar type units.
