In order to make full use of waste heat in power plants
the slag waste heat from a CJK 350MW unit circulating fluidized bed boiler was taken as heat source to establish an organic Rankine cycle(ORC)waste heat power generation model.Three schemes for waste heat power generation were proposed.By taking the working fluid R141band R123as the examples
the thermal economic analysis for each scheme was performed. The results show that
the unit with the ORC waste heat power generation has higher economical efficiency than that of the one using waste heat to heat the condensate water;scheme II has the highest economic efficiency;the unit thermal economical efficiency increased with initial parameters of the working fluid on the premise of a constant back pressure;the unit using R141bas the working fluid had a higher economical efficiency than that using R123.
