摘要

电站燃煤的排放是大气环境中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)的主要来源之一

而静电除尘器是电站锅炉的主要除尘设备。对某循环流化床(CFB)锅炉所配置的静电除尘器前后可吸入颗粒物排放特性进行了研究

结果表明

相对整体除尘效率

静电除尘器对PM10去除效率较低

但仍可以有效去除粒径范围2~5μm的颗粒

而且可以对亚微米以上颗粒易气化元素、难熔性元素进行有效去除。

Abstract

Coal-fired utility boiler is one of the major sources of inhalable particles emitted to the atmosphere

while electrostatic precipitator(ESP)is the main dust remover in power plants.The emission characteristics of inhalable particles with diameter less than 10μm(PM10)before and after the ESP equipped on a CFB boiler were investigated.The results show that

the ESP has a low efficiency in removing PM10

but can still collect part of the inhalable particles effectively.Moreover

the ESP can also effectively remove refractory elements and gasification elements.
