摘要

以某钢铁集团220t/h燃气锅炉为试验对象

对在不同富氧含量环境下富氧量对燃气锅炉燃烧特性、烟气成分和锅炉效率的影响进行了试验分析。结果表明:燃气锅炉在不同富氧含量氛围中的燃烧特性不同

随着富氧量的增加

锅炉排烟温度升高

锅炉热效率及经济效益提高;当通入富氧量为4 000m3/h时

锅炉效率为91.87%

与常规燃烧方式相比效率提高了2.02%。

Abstract

The effect of oxygen content on combustion characteristics

flue gas composition and boiler efficiency was experimentally investigated

by taking the 220t/h gas boiler in an iron and steel plant was taken as the example.The results show that

the combustion characteristics of the gas boiler with different oxygen contents are different.With an increase in oxygen content

the exhaust temperature increased

and the boiler efficiency and economic benefits improved significantly.When the oxygen content was 4 000m3/h

the boiler efficiency reached 92.92%

which was 2.02% higher than that of the conventional fired boiler.
