摘要

大容量、高参数机组需要辅助蒸汽作为机组启动用汽(主要是汽封供汽)

为此需要增加较大的建设投资和运行费用。华能鹤岗发电有限公司通过对主蒸汽和再热蒸汽疏水系统的改造以及对启、停机操作规程的修改

实现了无辅助汽源的机组启停运行

节约了启动蒸汽炉的投资及其运行和维护费用

经济效益显著提高。

Abstract

During startup and shutdown process of the units with large capacity and high parameters

the auxiliary steam is usually used as seal steam supply.Thus

the construction investment and operation cost will have to be increased.In order to reduce the investment and operation cost in Huaneng Hegang Power Plant

transformation on draining system of main steam and reheat steam were conducted.Moreover

the startup and shutdown operation procedure was also modified.After the improvement

the unit realized startup and shutdown with no auxiliary steam.Besides

the investment and operation/maintenance cost of the boiler's startup was dramatically saved.
