基于对入炉煤低位热值实时计算方法的不确定度分析

确定了对入炉煤低位热值不确定度影响较大的因素为煤流量、汽轮机热耗率和锅炉效率。将某300MW机组实时计算的入炉煤低位热值与化验的入炉煤低位热值进行对比

以验证实时计算方法的正确性

并对比较偏差进行了分析

表明计算结果符合入炉煤低位热值合成不确定要求。同时

提出了降低主要影响参数不确定的措施。

On the basis of measurement uncertainty analysis for real-time online calculation method for burning coals' low calorific value

the most important parameters affecting the coals' low calorific value were ascertained.Taking the burning coal of a 300MW unit boiler as the example

the real-time calculated net calorific value was compared with the value obtained from tests in laboratory.Analysis on their deviations shows that

the on-line calculated results meet the combined uncertainty requirements for low calorific value of burning coals.At last

countermeasures to reduce the uncertainty of major parameters were put forward.
