A part of exhaust steam from small steam turbine in a 300MW unit was recycled to the regenerative extraction steam system to heat the condensate water by steam ejector heat pump
so as to use the exhaust steam and its waste heat effectively. The equivalent enthalpy drop method was adopted to analyze the thermal economic index of different transformation schemes. The results showed that the economic benefits reached the highest when the outlet steam of the steam ejector heat pump was recovered to the fourth section of the steam extraction. The standard coal consumption rate for power generation reduced by 1.05g/(kW·h)under rated load condition when the ejector coefficient was 0.75.
