YANG Zhang, LI Ruyuan. End vibration characteristics of quadrupled stator winding turbo-generator[J]. Thermal power generation, 2014, 43(9): 133-136.DOI:
On the basis of the routine test results and actual measured vibration data during the unit commissioning
the vibration characteristics of end winding on a domestic 1 000 MW turbo-generator stator were discussed. Moreover
comparison of dynamic characteristics between this quadrupole stator and an ambipolar stator with the same capacity was carried out.The results show that
the inherent frequency of this quadrupole stator end winding avoided the 100 Hz electromagnetic excitation frequency effectively
which had well dynamic characteristics;the maximum amplitude of the vibration under conditions of idling at rated speed of 1 500r/min
three-phase short-circuit test
full field test and rated load is not larger than24μm
indicating the vibration state is good;compared with the domestic ambipolar stator with the same capacity
the rotating speed of the quadrupole stator reduced to half
and the electric driven force at the winding end also halved.
