摘要

为了解决大型垃圾焚烧发电厂工艺子系统类型较多、监控点数量较大、分布较分散的问题

对制约工艺子系统集中监控的因素进行了分析

结合工程实例

提出了采用OPC、Profibus DP、Modbus、西门子S7等多种通信协议的方案

实现了工艺子系统与DCS的无缝连接

提高了垃圾焚烧发电厂的自动化监控水平。

Abstract

To solve such problems as multiple types of subsystems

large number of monitoring sites and dispersed distributions occurred in large-scale waste incineration plants

the factors restricting the process subsystem centralized monitoring were analyzed.Moreover

combining with the engineering example

the application of OPC

Profibus DP

Modbus

Siemens S7 communication protocols and other protocols were proposed to achieve a seamless connection between the subsystems and DCS

which improved the overall waste incineration plant automation control level.
