摘要

为了进一步了解超超临界600MW机组墙式切圆锅炉的燃烧状态

对该锅炉满负荷时特征截面上的温度分布、O2和CO的摩尔浓度分布等进行了模拟计算。由模拟结果与试验结果的对比分析可以看出

模拟结果的过量空气系数与设计值吻合较好

下炉膛出口烟温略高于设计值

未燃尽碳损失略低于设计值

但能够真实地反映锅炉的燃烧状态

可为该类型锅炉的设计改造提供参考。

Abstract

In order to further investigate the combustion characteristics of an ultra supercritical 600 MW unit wall type tangentially fired boiler

the flow property in the furnace under full load condition was numerically studied at first.The distributions of temperature and molar concentration of O2 and CO in characteristic section of the boiler were mainly analyzed.Then

combined with the flow property

numerical simulation on combustion characteristics in the furnace under full load condition was carried out.Comparison between the simulated results and experimental data shows the simulation results can describe the combustion features of this boiler accurately.
