摘要

为实时掌握回转式空气预热器(空预器)的径向漏风情况

运用CFD软件建立了空预器传热的三维模型。该模型研究了空预器蓄热体上的温度分布和热传递

通过分析空预器漏风对烟气温度和CO2比例的影响

监测径向密封气密性

并在某300 MW机组实际测试中验证了计算结果。

Abstract

To real-time monitor radial leakage situation of a rotary air preheater

a three-dimensional numerical model for heat transfer of the air preheater was established

by using the CFD software.Through this model

temperature distribution and heat transfer on the air preheater regenerator was investigated.On the basis of analyzing the effect of air preheater leakage on flue-gas temperature and CO2 content

the radial seal airtight was g monitored.Finally

the simulation results were validated by actual test on a 300 MW unit.
