为了提高火电厂锅炉制粉系统的可靠性

分析了制粉系统常见的故障征兆参数及其选择方法

并对常见故障类型进行了重新分类;综述了制粉系统故障诊断的各种方法

通过对各种方法的对比分析

评述其各自的优缺点;指出了制粉系统故障诊断存在的问题

并提出了应对方法

以期提高制粉系统运行的安全性和经济性。

To improve reliability of the pulverizing system

the common fault symptom parameters and their selection methods were analyzed.Furthermore

the fault types were reclassified.The current proposed methods for fault diagnosis of pulverizing system were overviewed.By comparative analysis

the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed.Finally

the present problems and corresponding methods were put forward

to improve the safety and economic efficiency of the pulverizing system.
