摘要

针对火电机组燃煤锅炉排烟余热利用的经济性评价

采用ASME PTC 46-1996电站整体性能试验标准方法

给出了不同试验边界下的试验测量和计算方法

并以某超临界600 MW机组烟气余热利用改造项目为例进行了试验验证。结果表明:基于不同试验边界获得的机组循环热效率(发电煤耗率)基本一致;不同机组的试验边界应根据现场测量情况

综合考虑锅炉烟气温度、成分和外来热量的测量不确定度来选择。

Abstract

Against economic evaluation of flue gas waste heat utilization in coal-fired boilers

the test measurement and calculation methods under different experimental boundary conditions were put forward

according to the overall plant performance test code ASME PTC 46 Moreover

by taking the flue gas waste heat utilization project for a supercritical 600 MW unit boiler as the example

experiments were carried out to verify these methods.The results show that

the coal consumption rates obtained under different experimental boundary conditions were basically the same.The final test boundary of each unit should be ascertained according to the field measurements and comprehensively considering the measured uncertainty of flue gas temperature

compositions and credits

to determine.
