提出一种通过改变给水流量和调整减温水与给水流量比值的锅炉水冷壁温度控制策略
并在各种易发生锅炉水冷壁超温的工况下进行了机组升、降负荷试验。结果表明
该控制策略通过预判断水冷壁超温趋势超前调整锅炉给水流量
从而很好地抑制了超温
且对机组负荷、主蒸汽压力等参数的影响不大。
Abstract
To solve the over temperature problem of water walls in ultra supercritical boilers
a control strategy that prevents the water wall from being overheated by regulating the ratio of feed water flow to desuperheater water was proposed
on the basis of the investigation on an ultra supercritical 1 000 MW unit.Moreover
this control strategy was applied on this unit and achieved good control effect.Repeatable load increasing and decreasing tests were carried out under each condition that water wall overheat easily occurs.The results show that
this control strategy can regulate the water flow in advance
so it can inhibit the overheat of water walls.However
regulations on the boiler feedwater flow had little effect on the unit load and main steam pressure.
