To investigate the effects of such parameters as physical properties of fly ash particle and heating surface
and particle velocity on wall capture and particle deposition in the heat exchangers
the Euler-Lagrangian method and the particle deposition model presented by EI-Batsh and Haselbacher were applied to simulate the dilute gas-solid two phase flow. The deposition distribution of ash particles flow crossing the heating tube bundles has been discussed. The results show that the Young's modulus has a great influence on the particle deposition. For the larger particle size
the Young's modulus is larger
deposition rate of particles on the wall is lower. For the smaller particle size
the effect of deposition of Young's modulus is weakened. The influence of the Young's modulus of surface material is a bit weaker than the Young's modulus of particles. As the particle density increases
