摘要

传统火电机组外水网控制系统常采用独立且分散的控制方式

经常由于操作复杂出现制水系统中断。采用一键制取除盐水(一键制水)集中控制后可以大大降低运行人员误操作的可能性及设备因此产生的损耗。本文在现场总线控制系统的基础上

依托总线设备大量的设备信息

丰富了设备联锁保护方式

设计出完整的一键制水控制逻辑

实现了外水网原水预处理、超滤水处理、反渗透水处理、离子除盐4个分系统的一键制水集中控制。该系统投运后运行效果良好。

Abstract

The conventional external water net system usually applies independent and decentralized control method

it is often interrupted due to complex operations.Employing the one-touch desalted water production concentrated control can greatly reduce the possibility of misoperation and the device loss caused by misoperation.On the basis of field control system(FCS)and rich device information

the equipment interlock protect mode was enriched

an entire one-touch water production control logic was designed

and the one-touch automatic control for four sub-systems was realized

such as the original water pretreatment system

the ultrafitration water treatment system

the reverse osmosis water treatment system and iron desaltation system.Good operation effect was obtained after debugging.
