Function of flow distribution and governor valve's(GV)flow characteristic curve which are included in the turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system(DEH)always deviate from the actual conditions.Against this problem
the mass-heat double balance method was applied to obtained the exact main steam flow
and the flow-back pressure correction function was employed to modify the GV's demand. Thus the optimized function of flow distribution and curve of single GV opening degree-steam flow can be obtained. The characteristic curves before and after the optimization were compared
and the optimized characteristic curve was applied in the DEH
and the auto generation control(AGC)function was put into service. The results show that
the linearity between the steam flow and GV demand is obviously improved
and the inflection points on the characteristic curve are removed.During the process of increasing/decreasing the unit load
the turbine demand consists with the load demand.During the opening process of the GV
main parameters such as the unit load and main steam flow change little
indicating this method is practicable and effective.
