某机组1 100t/h塔式锅炉省煤器出口烟气温度过高
不能满足选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝设备的正常运行
对此
通过在省煤器出口加装高温换热器
有效降低了SCR反应器入口烟气温度
保证了SCR催化剂的安全稳定运行;同时
利用高温换热器加热凝结水
排挤低压抽汽
使机组供电煤耗降低约2.34g/(kW·h)
节能效果显著。
Abstract
The flue gas temperature at economizer outlet was too high in a 1 100t/h power plant tower type boiler
which can not ensure the normal operation of the selective reduction catalytic(SCR)denitration devices.Thus
a high temperature heat exchanger was installed at the economizer outlet
and the flue gas temperature at the SCR device inlet was effectively reduced
which ensured the safe and steady operation of the SCR catalyst.Moreover
the high temperature heat exchanger can be applied to heat the condensate to crowd the low-pressure steam extraction
therefore
the net coal consumption of the unit decreased by about2.34g/(kW·h)
