摘要

采用几何分析法及MATLAB软件建立了5kW碟式太阳能集热器竖直截面抛物面模型

采用Solidworks软件建立了该集热器的三维模型

利用TracePro软件对该三维模型进行光学仿真及焦斑分析。结果表明:5kW碟式太阳能集热器竖直截面抛物线开口直径应为8m;当焦距为4.812 6m时集热器的理论聚光比最大

系统实际允许误差角度小于0.58°。

Abstract

By using geometric analysis method and the Matlab software simulation

the vertical section parabolic model of a 5kW disc type solar collector was established

and the model parameters were set.The three dimensional model for this collector was built up by the Solidworks software and optical simulation and focal spot analysis on this 3D model were performed via the TracePro software.The simulation results show the opening diameter of the vertical section parabola of the 5kW disc type solar collector is 8m.The theoretical concentration ratio of the collector turns the largest when the focal length of is 4.812 6m.The actual permissible error angle of the system is lower than 0.58°.
