摘要

结合烟气脱硫废水的水质特征

介绍了脱硫废水常规处理技术及其存在的问题

重点分析了蒸发结晶、炉渣废热综合利用、煤场喷洒、烟道雾化蒸发等4种脱硫废水零排放处理工艺的应用现状、存在问题及研究方向

对比了不同处理方法的工艺流程和技术经济指标

为火力发电厂脱硫废水处理技术选择提供参考。

Abstract

On the basis of the quality characteristics of flue gas desulfurization waste water

the conventional wastewater treatment techniques and their existing problems are introduced.Four kinds of zero discharge processes are focused on

such as the "pretreatment-evaporation-crystallization" process

the comprehensive utilization of slag waste heat

the coal yard spraying and the evaporation in high temperature flue duct.The key problems and research directions of each process are elaborated.Moreover

the technological process and economic-technology index of different methods are compared

to provide references for desulfurization wastewater treatment in thermal power plants.
