锅炉尾部烟道受热面智能燃气吹灰
摘要
为提高电站锅炉吹灰效率
本文首先建立了锅炉尾部烟道受热面污染率监测模型
并采用某300 MW机组现场数据验证了该模型的正确性
然后在此基础上
开发了一套智能燃气脉冲吹灰系统
依据污染率模型计算结果
给出吹灰决策判断
并由可编程控制器完成燃气脉冲吹灰装置的控制
从而实现锅炉尾部烟道受热面的准确高效智能化吹灰。
Abstract
In order to enhance the efficiency of soot blowing in power station boiler
a fouling monitoring model was established based on the heating surface at the rear flue of the coal-fired boiler
and the field data of a 300 MW unit was adopted to validate the correctness of the model.On this basis
a set of intelligent gas soot blowing system was developed.The judgment of soot blowing was given according to the calculation results of the model.The gas pulse soot blowing device was controlled by PLC
thus the intelligent soot blowing of the rear flue of the coal-fired boiler was achieved.
