An ionic liquid was prepared by acid-base reaction using ethanolamine and lactate as starting materials.The desulfurization performance of the ionic liquid was investigated in the simulated flue gas

and the regeneration of ionic liquid was also studied.It was found that the ethanolamine lactate solution had excellent desulfurization performance

and the desulfurization efficiency could reach 100% when the concentration of the ionic liquid was higher than 5%.The temperature had little influence on desulfurization efficiency.The satured absorbent was regenerated by the addition of ammonia

and the regenerated ionic liquid still kept high desulfurization efficiency.This expriment can enlarge the kinds of desulfurization ionic liquid

simplify the regeneration technology and reduce the regeneratioenergy consumption

which has an engineering application prospect.
