This article describes the principle of the laboratory verification

calibration and field calibration method for turbine supervisory instrumentation(TSI)system sensor.The vibration

speed sensor test and calibration system is described in detail.It recommended the TSI system database should be established

which includes the sensor verification database and field calibration database.Moreover

the laboratory verification

calibration and field calibration method of the TSI system sensor is applied in a case study

which provides strong data support for the safe operation of the unit.
